RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 


For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange. 

Returns

  • All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. 

Return Process/Shipping

  • To return an item, please email customer service at support@myjesuscares.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, then mail your return to the following address:

  • Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. If you use the prepaid shipping label, $10.00 will be deducted from your return to cover shipping charges. 

Store Credit

  • After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your store credit or exchange. Please allow at least  3-5 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

Exchanges

  • You may exchange items for a different size and/or color.
  • If an item has evidence of being worn, such as: make-up, deodorant marks, strong smells of perfume/cologne, smoke, etc, or has pet hair, the item will not be eligible for an exchange or store credit. The item will not be eligible for exchange. Items not in the condition for re-sale will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and will be credited as a store credit only.  

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged (FINAL SALE ITEMS): 

  • Device Background  
  • Discount Items

Additional Items

  • A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. 
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. 
  • If an item has evidence of being worn, such as: missing tags, make-up, deodorant marks, strong smells of perfume/cologne, smoke, etc, or has pet hair, the item will not be eligible for an exchange or store credit. The item will not be eligible for exchange. Items not in the condition for re-sale will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and will be credited as a store credit only.  
  • FINAL SALE ITEMS: Any item not eligible for store credit or exchange will all be clearly marked as ‘FINAL SALE’ in the description.
